Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Spa Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, explain treatments, and coordinate reservations. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and assist with billing for spa services to ensure a seamless, memorable visit.

The role requires English proficiency, strong organization, and the ability to operate in a busy spa environment. Hotel and computer knowledge are preferred; candidates must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a busy environment.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Patience and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Prior hotel and computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to recognize repeat guests by name.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide tours of facility, check in/out and handle billing for spa services.
• Inform guests about services, classes, packages, spa therapies and pricing to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Answer phones quickly and coordinate reservations with attention to detail.
