Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain spa cleanliness, set up treatment rooms, and assist guests with every spa service to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates bring English proficiency and some hospitality or fitness experience; a friendly, guest-first attitude and high school education are preferred. This full-time role offers training, development opportunities, and a path within a premier luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• High school education or equivalent.
• 6 months in hospitality industry work and/or fitness-related work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa cleanliness in locker rooms, workout areas, tennis and games room.
• Respond to guest interactions with courtesy to maximize satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain spa including refreshments and treatment areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints with hospitality.
• Assist guests to their appointments for Spa services.
