Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Guest Attendant to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards within the spa. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with check-ins and amenities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a high volume luxury environment is preferred. Flexibility in schedule is required, and candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a demanding high volume luxury Spa/Salon environment preferred.
• Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other employees.
• Must have the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa in its entirety and replenish amenities.
• Assist in check-in for spa reservations and ensure guest satisfaction.
