Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Salon Assistant/Attendant to deliver Five Star service. You will assist hair stylists, manicurists, makeup artists and barbers, greet guests, shampoo, stock supplies, and ensure a pristine salon environment aligned with Forbes 5 Star standards.

The role requires English fluency, high attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Training will cover Wynn policies and safety procedures to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume salon with emphasis on hair styling preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Dexterity in fingers, wrists and hands.
• Knowledge of latest hair industry techniques.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; education/experience that provides required skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hair Stylists, Manicurists, Make-up artists and Barbers to deliver guests an exceptional experience.
• Provide warm greeting, shampooing, and assist in cleanup of services.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and stock towels, products, and supplies.
• Escort guests to and from the salon and spa when necessary.
• Communicate treatments and services clearly to guests; obtain acknowledgments.
• Attend required trainings and learn new standards, safety, and service knowledge.
• Support peers and other departments; promote teamwork.
