Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer a beverage.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, classes and activities.
• Schedule appointments for spa services using the Pro Solutions scheduling program and relay any add-ons or modifications to staff.
• Explain billing procedures and gratuity system to guests for clarity.
• Maintain accurate daily records and keep work areas tidy and organized.
• Handle programming for Spa/Day Program guests with patience to create a personalized experience.
• Follow cash handling procedures and comply with Accounting policies.
