Key Responsibilities

• Personalize the Guest Experience: Create memorable, tailored experiences. Greet guests warmly, offer beverages, and provide clear information on spa services, treatments, and activities to help them make informed decisions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Schedule spa appointments, communicate modifications to treatment staff, and manage guest needs
• Attention to Detail & Organization:Maintain organized records, manage guest schedules, and keep workstations and staff areas clean, ensuring a professional environment at all times.
