Responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including location of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and ensure their comfort by offering amenities such as water or heated neck pillows.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, spa locker rooms, lounges, and treatment rooms; stock supplies as needed.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily housekeeping tasks and ensure proper disposal of trash and used linens.
