Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.
• Customer Service: 1 year or more (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome and engage with guests.
• Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, restrooms, locker rooms and lounge areas; stock supplies.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
