Responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests on arrival (locker rooms, lounges, hospitality stations).
• Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows and assist with questions about property amenities.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and check schedules for updates throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, spa locker room, lounges, and treatment rooms; dispose of trash and dirty linens properly.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in locker rooms and hospitality areas; secure supplies at end of shift.
