Job summary

The Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Spa Group Supervisor to provide administrative support for all spa group functions, from pre planning to execution. You will liaise with group planners, promote customized spa programs, and ensure exceptional service for both guests and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service experience, leadership in a spa or luxury resort, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Spa reservations software

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience.
Experience as a team leader/supervisor in a Spa or luxury resort preferred.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Familiarity with Spa reservations software (Book4time/Spasoft).

Responsibilities

Liaise with group planners by phone/email and in person.
Promote and sell customized spa programs to groups.
Ensure prompt and highly professional service to both internal and external customers.
Bookings of event space, classes and activities using Book4time.
Process all group blocks from the sales department and adjust staffing as needed.
Assist in special event staffing and act as main contact for group attendees.
