Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – BRENTWOOD, TN is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training to lead the front desk team, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role focuses on coaching, performance metrics, and operational excellence in a fast-paced spa environment.

Promising candidates will develop leadership capabilities with a clear path to store leadership, supported by a strong, people-first culture and advancement opportunities within a multi-unit organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Train, onboard, and develop front desk team members.
