Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – FRANKLIN is seeking a high‑energy, sales‑driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive sales performance, and foster guest satisfaction. The GMIT program prepares you for future leadership within the organization, with promotion based on performance and business needs.

You will own daily front desk operations, coach the team to meet sales goals, and support the spa leadership in daily execution, reporting, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
