- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
- Coach front desk team on conversion and sales behaviors.
- Promote services, upgrades, and offers with confidence and consistency.
- Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
- Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
- Lead, coach, and support front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
- Maintain high standards of client interactions.
- Assist GM with daily operational execution and reporting.
