Precision Wellness is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, people, and client experiences at our premier wellness destination in Springfield, Missouri. You'll recruit and develop a high-performing team, align service lines, manage KPIs, and deliver exceptional client care while growing membership and revenue in a client-centric environment.

This role requires strategic thinking, integrity, and a hands-on leadership style to balance guest satisfaction with profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven management or leadership experience in spa, wellness center, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build a positive culture.
• Strong business acumen with revenue, labor, budgets and metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and initiative.
• Comfort with scheduling software, POS, spreadsheets, and reporting.
