Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, membership performance, and profitability; own KPI reporting and P&L.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team; coach and develop staff.
• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance; optimize scheduling and staffing.
