You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results, with responsibilities spanning operations, marketing, staffing, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
