Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – GREENSBORO is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences and drives revenue and profitability.

This role emphasizes people-first leadership, culture building, and accountability, with responsibilities spanning operations, staffing, local marketing, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead spa operations and overall performance.
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability.
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership.
