Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – GREENSBORO is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business at our Greensboro location.

This role rewards a people-first, servant leader who builds a strong culture, delivers exceptional guest experiences, drives revenue, and optimizes profitability through strong KPIs. You will own spa performance and develop a top-performing team across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
