Job summary

HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA in Saint Louis Park, MN seeks a Front Desk Spa Sales Associate to host clients and promote the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program. This commission-based role requires weekends and evenings and focuses on delivering a relaxing spa experience while driving sales of services, memberships, and gift cards.

Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, educating on wellness benefits, managing appointments, and providing friendly service in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Excellent customer sales, promoting and customer service skills
• Experience with retail, marketing, and/or membership sales
• Exceptional communication, phone, and presentation skills required
• Ability to truly connect with clients with a passion for helping them achieve their wellness goals
• Ability to book services and proactively manage the scheduling of clients
• Zenoti Software experience a plus!
• Multitasking while maintaining a sense of calm in a busy environment
• Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Work collaboratively and reliably in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintaining positive relationships with clientele and service providers
• Educating guests on the importance of regular massages and/or facials as a key aspect of health and wellness
• Driving sales of services, memberships, and gift cards
• Appropriately handling any customer service needs or requests by the clientele
• Effective management of massage or facial appointment scheduling
• Light cleaning and laundry at times
