Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Franklin is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk team and drive performance at our Franklin location. You will own front desk operations, coach staff, and focus on guest experience, membership conversion, and service upsells.

This role is a stepping stone to broader leadership within our multi-unit organization. Promotion timing varies with performance, but we are committed to developing leaders from within,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers confidently.
• Support call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet goals.
• Develop front desk staff and ensure consistent client interactions.
• Assist General Manager with daily operations.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
• Step in as a key leader to maintain momentum.
