Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – GLEN MILLS is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk team and drive membership, retail, and service sales. This role focuses on guest experience, sales execution, and operational excellence, with promotion opportunities based on performance.

You will own daily front desk operations, coach the team, and support the spa leadership with onboarding, reporting, and system workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Lead the front desk, own daily operations, guest flow, and team performance.
• Coach and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals; ensure high standards of client interactions.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational execution and reporting; train and onboard staff.
