This role leads, trains and schedules the LifeSpa Coordinator team, manages front desk payroll, supports guest challenges resolution, drives service and retail promotions, and helps pre-book clients to meet daily targets while

Qualifications

• Formal leadership or supervisory experience in a salon/spa or retail setting.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with front-desk POS systems.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and collect payments.
• Stock shelves and coordinate product orders.
• Promote LifeSpa services and retail promotions.
