Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Spa Office Coordinator at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale to greet clients and manage appointment scheduling and front-desk operations. The role supports essential spa and boutique services, including the breast pump rental program, and handles clerical tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.

Excellent customer service and at least 1 year of office or retail experience are required, with a day shift Tuesday–Friday and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and patients as the first point of contact for Essential Touch Spa and Boutique.
• Schedules initial spa and follow-up appointments and tracks no-shows/cancellations.
• Manages breast pump rental contracts, education on use, and equipment sanitization.
• Handles cash, performs basic financial duties, and supports clerical accounting tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the department.
