Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Spa Supervisor to exemplify our standards by delivering a fun, friendly, and professional guest experience. You will supervise bookings, coach associates, and oversee daily spa operations to exceed guest expectations.

This role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a spa or salon, strong leadership, and the ability to train teams. You’ll manage schedules, inventory, and service quality while upholding our Lead with Love values.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aSPA Supervisor.In this role you are responsible for exemplifying company standards, by providing guests with a fun, friendly, professional approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations; training, developing and coaching associates,overseeing the coordination of guest bookings, and completing all necessary administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training spa associates to be efficient, courteous, and professional when taking care of guests in-house and over the phone


• Prepare associate schedules according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements


• Ensure all daily operations of the spa including booking appointments, inventory of products, cleanliness of all areas, and linen control


• Assist in training associates to up-sell products and services and monitor their progress.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Someone who can assist in the daily operations of the spa by supervising bookings, service provider rotations, salon inventory, and associate development.


• Ensure that service standards exceed guest expectations. Addressing guest and associate concerns constructively and effectively.


• Required 2+ years of supervisory skills in a spa or salon.
