Job summary

Glade Spring Spa Front Desk/Reception at Suncadia resort seeks a guest-focused individual to greet guests, book appointments, and guide them to treatment areas while sharing information about spa services and products. Salary is $18.00 per hour.

The role is part-time regular with responsibilities including checking guests in/out and handling payments, ensuring a welcoming and organized spa environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 1-year experience as Spa Receptionist/Scheduler in salon and/or hotel/resort property preferred.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Industry related certifications or education a plus.
• The ability to work well in a team; adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes.
• Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment
• Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider
• Check guest in and out effectively
• Perform other duties assigned by management
