Job summary

Suncadia is seeking a Spa Front Desk/Receptionist for the Glade Spring Spa in Cle Elum, WA. This part-time role greets guests, books appointments, and guides them to treatment areas, ensuring a relaxing guest experience.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, payments, and guest communications while maintaining a welcoming, professional image across spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 1-year experience as Spa Receptionist/Scheduler in salon and/or hotel/resort property preferred.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Industry related certifications or education a plus.
• The ability to work well in a team; adaptable and flexible.

• Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes.
• Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment.
• Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities.
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider.
• Check guest in and out effectively.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Overview

As a member of the Glade Spring Spa Front Desk/Reception team you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.

Salary: $18.00/hr

Position status: Part Time Regular
