The Spa at Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team, helping guests at the front desk and guiding them through spa experiences. You will schedule appointments, greet guests, and ensure a tranquil, guest-centric environment within a luxury setting.

This role requires weekend and evening availability, with an hourly pay range of $21.00 - $22.00, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong computer, communication and telephone skills.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience in hospitality or spa front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
• Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
• Escort guests to and from treatments
• Cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer all incoming calls
