Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a Spa Guest Services Associate to support spa staff and ensure a unique guest experience. You will schedule appointments, check guests in/out, and assist in retail sales.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility with hours, and a willingness to work in an in-house spa environment. Prior retail or spa exposure is preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1-year experience in a spa or related field preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Check guests and members in and out.
• Process transactions for events, guest fees, membership fees, dues, etc.
• Handle administrative spa functions including software, inventory, telephones, and appointments.
• Be the source of information regarding spa treatments, equipment and products.
• Assist guests in the retail area.
• Ensure facility is prepared for opening and closing.
• Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
