Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain warm, welcoming front desk experience for Live! Spa guests.
• Manage bookings and communicate knowledge about spa services.
• Process payments, balance daily sales, and handle gift certificates.
• Greet guests, ensure confidentiality, and support smooth daily operations.
• Resolve guest needs with care and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote additional services or home care to guests.
• Adhere to spa/hotel policies and SOPs.
