Job summary

Purity Spa Med in Arlington, VA is seeking a professional Front Desk team member to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and manage appointments using Meevo. This full-time, on-site role requires organized, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced spa environment and maintain client confidentiality.

You will greet clients, handle payments, update records, support providers, and help drive promotions and membership sales while upholding the spa’s standards of care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills including greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication for calls, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Solid Computer Literacy with scheduling software, email, digital records, and basic POS.
• Strong organizational and time management to handle multiple appointments and tasks.
• Professional, polished demeanor with confidentiality in a medical spa setting.
• Prior experience in front desk, spa, or healthcare environments; familiarity with aesthetics is a plus.
• Reliability and flexibility to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check clients in and out professionally and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Meevo.
• Educate clients on spa services, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Encourage rebooking and assist clients with future services.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean front desk and reception area.
• Monitor supplies and notify management when items need attention.
