Sirius Day Spa, Salon & Med Spa is expanding and seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to join our thriving clinic. You will be the first contact for clients, greeting guests, booking appointments, answering calls, and collecting payment information with a cheerful disposition and strong computer skills.

Salary plus commission on memberships and product sales, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience.

• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic.
