Qualifications

• Professional, friendly, and polished communication and presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask smoothly.
• Comfort engaging with patients and discussing aesthetic services.
• High level of discretion and professionalism with patient information.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn our scheduling/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, creating a welcoming and high-end experience
• Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries
• Ability to build a pipeline for sales
• Schedule appointments and manage daily provider schedules
• Educate patients about services, membership options, and skincare products
• Support patient consultation flow and treatment coordination
• Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby
• Work closely with providers and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
