You will handle payments, assist with phone and email inquiries, and support the membership sales team with guest information. The role requires a positive, professional attitude and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related service position preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate information clearly.
• Proficiency with spa software and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival.
• Check guests into the Spa and direct them where to go for appointments.
• Book appointments and provide information about Spa and services.
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and Associates to encourage repeat visits.
