Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Spa Front Desk Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Bayside Spa & Fitness. You will manage reception, coordinate appointments, and support retail needs with a service-driven approach.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness, with strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and math skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills
• Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs in a service-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Manage daily opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out experiences
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments with accuracy
• Promote and upsell services, packages, and retail items
• Provide knowledge of spa treatments, fitness classes, retail offerings, and facility amenities
• Maintain awareness of service contraindications and product knowledge
• Conduct facility tours and assist guests with general inquiries
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
