Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property, seeks a Spa Front Desk Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service at Bayside Spa & Fitness. This role focuses on reception, appointment coordination, and occasional retail support, with coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
• Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs in a service-focused environment.
• Experience in spa, fitness, hospitality, or wellness setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa and fitness facilities per procedures.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out smoothly.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell services, packages, and retail items.
• Provide knowledge of spa treatments, classes, and amenities.
