You will handle guest information with care, assist in upselling spa services, and maintain a pristine front desk area while supporting team training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with the public.
• Hotel front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests on arrival.
• Ensure accuracy of guest files and information.
• Schedule spa services and post guest charges.
• Assist guests with understanding and settling accounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance.
• Attend training and staff meetings regularly.
