Massage Heights invites a dynamic Guest Service Manager to join our team and drive exceptional guest experiences across our locations. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, process payments, and actively sell memberships and packages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires a warm, approachable attitude, calmness under pressure, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. If you love helping guests feel valued, we want to meet you.
