Mill Falls at the Lake - Resort Collection in Meredith, NH seeks a friendly Spa Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage reservations, payments, and inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience and accurate data entry across the front desk operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and teamwork with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest satisfaction and security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency with a computer, calculator, phone and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in for spa appointments, verify reservations, and provide information about services and policies.
• Handle check-out, process payments, issue invoices, and resolve billing queries.
• Respond to phone calls and emails; direct inquiries to appropriate departments and provide timely information.
• Manage spa room/service reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accurate data entry.
• Assist guests with requests, provide directions and local recommendations, and address concerns promptly and courteously.
• Perform administrative tasks, manage mail and visitor logs, and maintain organized front desk area.
• Monitor access, issue badges, and collaborate with security as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at end of shift.
• Multitask across guest services, phone inquiries, inquiries, and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow procedures for emergencies and assist guests and staff as needed.
