Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos seeks a Part Time Spa Attendant for The Spa at Sec-he in Palm Springs, CA. Welcome guests, provide robes and towels, and escort clients within the spa. Maintain cleanliness and assist with amenities and equipment to enhance wellness experiences.

You will greet guests warmly, be familiar with treatments, and support staff while upholding luxury service standards. Must obtain health/dept certification within required timelines and work in a hotel-spa environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within 1 week.
• Ability to obtain Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide robes, slippers, towels, and locker keys.
• Escort guests to lockers and to therapists and tour the spa as needed.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and assist guests with amenities.
• Assist in replenishing linens and spa supplies.
• Provide water or tea to guests and ensure clean, orderly spaces.
• Uphold Forbes 5-star and Ace service standards.
