AIRE Ancient Baths in Los Angeles is seeking a Therapist Manager to lead the therapist team from day one, uphold service excellence, and drive continuous improvement in a luxury wellness setting.

You will recruit, coach, and schedule staff, ensure compliance with treatment protocols, and collaborate with operations to deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth, competitive compensation, and a vibrant team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years managing spa, wellness, or aesthetics operations.
• 4+ years in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or high-service environments.
• Therapist or Esthetician background valued, not required.
• Proven leadership with hands-on style.
• Customer-focused with exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Comfortable under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• California license or qualification to oversee treatments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Therapist team, ensuring treatments meet standards.
• Ensure environment and team presentation align with guidelines.
• Monitor adherence to treatment protocols and service standards.
• Implement new treatments, experiences, and processes effectively.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting guest experience.
• Lead daily briefings and coordinate with operations on VIP guests and events.
• Monitor product inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Prepare and share incident, improvement, and operational reports.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the Therapist team.
• Provide regular feedback and support performance and development.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Manage team schedules, holidays, shifts, and needs.
• Design and follow up on the annual training plan.
