AIRE Ancient Baths is opening a new Los Angeles centre and seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate with departments, and ensure high standards of equipment performance and guest safety.

Role requires hands-on leadership, extensive experience in technical maintenance, and strong knowledge of electrical/HVAC systems and water treatment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical maintenance experience, ideally in spa facilities or similar environments.
• Hands-on, results-oriented leader who can guide a maintenance team.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the centre to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment systems.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise the Maintenance team; manage shifts and performance.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation.
