AIRE Ancient Baths is opening in Los Angeles and seeking a Therapist Manager to lead the therapist team, uphold service standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure programs and protocols are executed, supervise daily operations, and nurture a high-performing, guest-focused environment.

The role requires proven spa operations leadership, hands-on management, and licensing compliance in California, with an emphasis on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in spa/wellness operations management.
• 4+ years in wellness, hospitality or high-service environments.
• Therapist or esthetician background valued though not required.
• Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams with a hands-on style.
• Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to think quickly and analytically.
• Comfortable under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and reservation/booking systems.
• California license or qualification to oversee relevant treatments.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Be part of the opening of AIRE Ancient Baths in Los Angeles and play a key role in building and leading our Therapist team from day one.

The Role:

As the Therapist Manager you will lead the therapist team, promoting AIRE service excellence, encouraging continuous improvement, and skill development, and upholding company protocols and values. .

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Lead and supervise the Therapist team, ensuring treatments consistently meet AIRE's service and quality standards.

• Ensure the treatment environment and team presentation are aligned with AIRE guidelines and standards.

• Monitor adherence to treatment protocols, procedures, and service standards.

• Ensure new treatments, experiences, protocols, and processes are effectively implemented.

• Identify and resolve any issues or special situations that may affect the guest experience.

Management

• Lead daily briefings and coordinate with other operational departments on VIP guests, groups, maintenance matters, and other relevant operational information.

• Monitor product inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.

• Prepare and share relevant incident, improvement, and operational reports with the management team.

People Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the Therapist team.

• Provide regular feedback and support team performance and professional development.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment aligned with AIRE standards.

• Manage team schedules, holidays, shifts, and operational needs.

• Design and follow up on the team's annual training plan.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 3 years of experience managing spa, wellness, or aesthetics operations, including team coordination, scheduling, service standards, and operational results.

• You have 4+ years of experience in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or other high-service environments.

• Previous experience as a Therapist or Esthetician is highly valued, although not essential.

• You have proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a hands‑on leadership style.

• You are customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think quickly and analytically when solving problems.

• You are comfortable working under pressure and able to maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

• You are confident using Microsoft Office 365 and reservation/booking systems.

• You hold the appropriate professional licence or qualification required in California to oversee and/or perform the relevant treatments.

• You are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

• You are flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
