Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths in Los Angeles is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and optimal operation of our spa facilities. You will lead the maintenance team, plan preventive/corrective work, and collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on, proactive leadership, strong knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems, and experience with water treatment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical maintenance, spa facilities or similar environments.
• Hands-on leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with pool and water treatment maintenance is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and lead the Maintenance team.
• Monitor pool conditions, HVAC, water treatment, and safety compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop maintenance staff; manage scheduling.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors when required.
