Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our flagship New York location. You will work with the Site Director to ensure seamless daily operations, lead multiple departments, and coach managers to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.

You will balance operational excellence with people leadership, uphold health, safety and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across all areas.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading department managers and developing leadership teams.
• Strong operational and commercial mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to improve service quality while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-facing luxury environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across all departments, ensuring day-to-day seamless performance.
• Coach and develop department managers; build a high-performing leadership team.
• Elevate guest experience by maintaining exceptional luxury service standards.
• Support Site Director and act as second-in-command when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
