Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, overseeing the Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA, seeks a Spa Coordinator to ensure guests have a relaxing, memorable experience. You will greet guests, offer tours of the facilities, and introduce services as part of a attentive team.

You will coordinate treatments with therapists, assist with bookings by phone or in person, and maintain accurate records. A CPR/First Aid certification is preferred for this role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated engaging personality and guest-focused service.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa and provide facility tours.
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and coordinate with therapists.
• Help guests book treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Maintain spa and fitness area cleanliness and safety.
• Follow credit, cash handling, and transactions policies.
• Report accidents or injuries to Security as required.
