Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure guests have an exceptional spa experience. You will greet clients, provide tours of facilities, book treatments, and coordinate with therapists to deliver timely services.

We value engaging personalities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa and provide tours/information about facilities.
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and coordinating with therapists for timely services.
• Book treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and policies.
• Monitor spa areas for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
