Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Coordinator for our Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA. You will welcome guests, provide facility tours, and ensure smooth spa operations, including booking treatments and coordinating with therapists.

The role emphasizes guest experience, attention to detail, and exceptional communication in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/holiday availability is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification may be required.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality with excellent communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the Spa and provide tours/info about facilities.
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and coordinate with therapists for timely services.
• Assist with booking treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and procedures; ensure cleanliness and safety.
