We seek a detail-oriented, engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment, can work weekends/holidays, and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
• Assist guests in preparing for their treatments.
• Coordinate with the therapists to provide timely services.
• Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions.
• Understand and adhere to credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
• Report any accidents or injuries to Security.
• Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety.
