Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Sales Associate & Spa Experience Ambassador who can connect with guests, present our membership options, and help run a smooth spa day.

You will sell memberships, greet clients, answer calls, and process payments using Zenoti, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a friendly team that values training, growth, and a polished, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and service mindset.
• Experience selling memberships and retail in a spa or retail setting.
• Friendly, professional, and confident in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
• Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
• Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
