Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking Spa Associates to welcome clients, connect with guests, and schedule appointments while delivering five-star service.

As hosts of the spa, team members are responsible for meeting sales goals, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a friendly, upscale environment. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Meet and exceed retail product sales goals
• Meet and exceed gift card sales goals
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
